How to Beat the Crowds at the American Museum of Natural History

The American Museum of Natural History costs about $30 for adults, or about $37 including one special exhibition. New York residents (and some neighbouring states) can pay what they wish at the desk. Book a timed ticket online, arrive at 10 am opening, and head to the fourth-floor dinosaur halls first, before school groups and families.
