How long are the lines at Hohensalzburg?
Hohensalzburg is one of Europe's largest medieval castles, high above Salzburg's old town. The funicular from Festungsgasse runs about every 10 minutes, but the queue at the bottom station can get long in the summer and during the Christmas markets. Inside, the Princes' Chambers and the panorama terraces get busy at midday.
