How to Skip the Line at St. Stephen's Basilica
Book online to skip the ticket queue at the side office, and go at the 9 am opening on a weekday. Your ticket covers the church, and a combined ticket adds the dome panorama terrace (with a lift most of the way) and the treasury. Avoid noon to 2 pm, when the reliquary queue and the space under the dome are at their busiest. On Sunday mornings the church is reserved for mass.

How long are the lines at St. Stephen's Basilica?
St. Stephen's is Budapest's largest church, home to the mummified right hand of St. Stephen, Hungary's first king. There's a queue for tickets and security at peak times, and the dome terrace can add 30 minutes to an hour in summer. Reseller skip-the-line vouchers still need to be exchanged at the ticket office.
