How hard is it to get into the Van Gogh Museum?
The museum sells out on most days, and in peak season slots can be gone weeks in advance. Because entry is strictly by time slot, there's no queue to skip if you have a booking. If you don't, there's nothing to queue for. Inside, the most famous paintings (the Sunflowers, the Bedroom, the self-portraits) get crowded around them in the middle of the day.
Before you book your slot, check how busy the Van Gogh Museum is likely to be. BeatTheCrowd shows the live crowd level and an hourly forecast for any date, adjusted for Dutch holidays, school breaks and weather.
