How to Skip the Line at Quinta da Regaleira
Book a timed ticket on the official regaleira.pt site (about €15 for adults), take the first slot at 10 am, and head straight to the Initiation Well before its queue builds. Your ticket is valid from your slot time, and you can stay as long as you like after that. Weekends and summer middays are the busiest.

How long are the lines at Quinta da Regaleira?
The famous Initiation Well, a 27-metre spiral staircase into the ground, is the bottleneck: from late morning, there can be a long queue just to go down. The ticket office at the gate also gets busy on summer days. The gardens are big enough to absorb crowds elsewhere.
